Ingredients :
- 160g chicken breast, marinated
- 1 tbsp toastaria creamy mushroom spread
- 6 baby carrots, sliced
- Chopped green onion, garlic, chili
- Chopped mushrooms
- Canola oil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce, for marinate
Instruction :
- Mix chicken breast with oyster sauce and marinate in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes
- Start with garlic, after the pan is heated up with canola oil, stir fry chopped garlic until it turns pale-yellow
- Add marinated chicken, stir until browned and cooked through
- Add chopped mushrooms and sliced baby carrots, stir until cooked
- Add creamy mushroom spread, chili and season with pepper
- Stir every ingredients until blended and cooked
- Decorate with chopped green onion and the dinner is served!!
