Ingredients :
- spaghetti
- 1 tbsp toastaria creamy mushroom spread
- 2 egg yolk
- hams
- champignon mushroom, sliced
- parmesan cheese
- extra virgin olive oil
- parsley
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instruction :
- Bring a pan of water to the boil and season with salt
- Add spaghetti and stir it gently until all the strands sink beneath the water level
- Cook following spaghetti pack instructions (approximately 8-10 min.)
- After spaghetti is perfectly cooked, drain the water off and set aside
- Let's prepare egg yolk mixture by mixing egg yolk, creamy mushroom spread, pepper and parmesan cheese together, stir until mixed
- Add olive oil to skillet followed with champignon mushroom and hams, stir until fully cooked
- Add spaghetti and egg yolk mixture to skillet, turn off the heat to prevent egg scrambling, whisk until egg yolk mixture fully coat spaghetti
- Toss some parmesan cheese and parsley
