Ingredients :
- 6 sliced bread
- 1 tbsp toastaria crunchy granola spread per 1 sliced bread
- 2 eggs
- 150ml low-fat milk
- 50g butter
- sliced strawberries
Topping :
- sliced strawberries
- icing sugar
Instruction :
- Roll each bread by rolling pin to flatten the pieces out
- Spread crunchy granola on each bread and top with sliced strawberries
- Roll up!!
- Let prepare egg mixture for french toast by mixing an eggs and low-fat milk together
- Dip rolled bread in egg mixture, turning to coat evenly
- Sear in medium heat pan with butter until the color turn golden brown for both sides
- Top with some sliced strawberries and icing sugar
- Granola milk french toast roll is served!!
